Strasbourg, April 29th, 2013 – Transgene SA (Euronext Paris: FR0005175080), a biopharmaceutical company that develops targeted immunotherapy products to treat major unmet medical needs in cancer and chronic infectious diseases, announced pre-clinical data obtained with its novel immunotherapeutic, TG1050, to treat chronic hepatitis B infection (CHB). These results were presented in an oral session (Hepatitis B and D Experimental) at this year’s European Association for the Study of the Liver Conference (Amsterdam, Netherlands, April 24-28, 2013).

Cette levée de fonds est réalisée par TxCell auprès d’InnoBio – fonds géré par CDC Entreprises dans le cadre du programme FSI France Investissement – pour 6 millions d’euros, et auprès de ses actionnaires historiques Auriga Partners et Seventure Partners.

Paris, 26 October 2011- Neovacs® (Alternext Paris : ALNEV), a biotech company focused on an active immunotherapy technology platform (Kinoids) with applications in the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases and cancer, today announced promising results achieved in the first 24 rheumatoid arthritis patients included in the Phase IIa study conducted with TNF-Kinoid®. These initial results confirm the very good safety profile of the TNF-Kinoid®, its ability to induce an immune response in patients and provide evidence of promising clinical efficacy.
